You know I went to the movie theater a month or so ago (rare, since I NEVER go to the movies) and in the previews they had at least one trailer that showed vilifying images of Arabs and Muslims (as if the terms can be used interchangeably!) just like the ones shown here in "reel bad arabs." It was so depressing. And I've seen the Planet of the Arabs, it was making me rip the curly hair out of my sandnigger head! I think these movies totally coincide with the U.S. government's agenda to ally with Israel and to justify the racist war in Iraq. It supports modern-day colonization! That ney music at the end gave me goosebumps.....
